• Architectural Review: This meeting allows the client to review the home plans, select any custom features to be incorporated and discuss any special options to truly reflect your lifestyle.

• Pre-Construction Orientation: This “kick off” meeting allows both parties to review the architectural drawings prior to construction making certain all details and design features have been incorporated.  This meeting allows for any last minute changes prior to commencement of construction

• Pre-Drywall Inspection: During this walk-through with your WaterMark Development Team, all areas of the home will be viewed to ensure the quality of construction and that any cosmetic alterations required are finalized prior to dry wall.

• Assurance of Excellence Check: At this point the WaterMark Development Team will inspect and review the home prior to a Pre-Settlement walk-through to ensure that all areas of construction and design have met our uncompromising high standards of perfection.

• Pre-Settlement Walk-Through: One week prior to settlement your home is once again viewed with the WaterMark Development Team.

• Settlement Day Walk-Through: This final walk-through on the day of closing allows you to make certain that all items previously discussed have been incorporated and/or addressed.
