The information, materials and home plans provided in this pattern book are the intellectual property of WaterMark Development Group, Inc.  The material and home plans herein shall under no circumstances be reproduced, changed or used by any third party in any form or matter what so ever. 

Copy Centers and Blueprinters are prohibited from making copies of the copyrighted materials within this package.  Any parties, including the purchasers, architects, individuals, builders, contractors, sub-contractors, blueprinters or copy centers may be held responsible if the copyright is violated.  Ignorance of the law is not an excuse. 

WaterMark Development Group, Inc. will aggressively pursue any and all violators of these copyrighted materials.  Penalties for copyright infringement can be very severe. 

The parties found responsible may be required to pay the copyright owner actual damages (which may be substantial) plus any profits made by the responsible party. 

Copyright law alternatively permits the copyright owner to elect to recover statutory damages, to the amount of $150,000.00 per infraction.  In addition, the infringer may be required to pay the owners reasonable legal fees, which often can exceed the damages.
